Terms and Conditions

If you have registered then you would have seen the following Terms and Conditions;

The moderators of this forum will try hard to edit or remove reprehensible messages as soon as possible. However, it is impossible for them to review all the messages. You thus admit that all the messages posted on this forum express the sight and opinion of their respective authors and not those of the moderators or the Webmaster (except messages posted by them) and consequently, they cannot be held responsible of the discussions.

This forum uses cookies to store information on your computer. These cookies will not contain any personal information; they are only used to improve comfort while browsing. The address e-mail is only used in order to confirm the details of your registration as your password (and also to send you back your password if you forget it).

- Aggressive or slanderous messages, as well as personal insults and critics, the coarseness and vulgarities, and more generally any message contravening the French laws are prohibited.
- Messages who promote - or evoke - illegal practices are prohibited.
- If you post information which came from another site
, look first if the site in question doesn't forbid it. Show the address of the site in question in order to respect the work of their administrators!
- Please post your messages only once. The repetitions are unpleasant and useless!
- Please make an effort on grammar and spelling. SMS-style language (ex: r u sk8ing?) is not advised!

Any message contravening the listing above will be edited or removed without additional notice or justification within deadlines which will depend on the availability of the moderators. Any abuse will involve the cancellation of the registration. Internet is neither an anonymous space, nor a space of no-right! We reserve ourselves the possibility of informing your access provider and/or the legal authorities of any malevolent behavior. An IP address of each poster is recorded in order to help us to make you respect these conditions.

Chibigami Rules

Those Terms and Conditions are expected to be followed by both Members and Moderators of the forum because it is only by the generosity of Forumotion.com that this community exists. You are however expected to follow some set rules made by the administrators of this forum.

Expectations of Members and all other Groups

• They are not to start or join in arguments.
  
• All content posted, uploaded, linked or redirected is expected to be Child Safe. This includes, but is not limited to; no racist content, no sexist content, no pornography, no illegal content, and no rude content.
  
• You are free to swear (the act of speaking a word which can be considered offensive) WITH limitation. Note that certain swear words have a block on them and will be replaced with a safer word.
  
• Use common sense; if you know something is wrong then don???t do it.
  
• Do not bump topics.
  
• Don't post pointless messages that have no purpose or lack a decent amount of characters.
  
• Don't ask to be in any Group (e.g. Deputy~Leaders).
  
• They are expected to obey the Guild~Leader [Admin] and the Deputy~Leaders [Moderators].
  
• Report all mishaps to either the Guild~Leader [Admin] or one of the Deputy~Leaders [Moderators].

Expectations of the Guild~Leader [Admin] and Deputy~Leaders/Aides [Moderators]

• They are not to ban/delete anyone's account without good cause.
  
• They are not allowed to bully other members.
  
• They are not allowed to take sides during disputes but rather find a solution as quickly as possible.
  
• They are expected to enforce punishment if a rule is broken.
  
• They are expected to follow the rules that members are expected to as well.

Forums and Categories

Certain Forums/Categories such as the Sandbox and Vince’s playground have their own set of rules that are slightly different to that of above.

Sandbox Rules:

Everyone (not including guests) have Moderation Powers in the sandbox. You are still expected to follow the rules above just at a lesser extent. In this forum you may argue with each other only if it remains small, child safe, and it’s only happening for fun. If the argument appears real or seems to be going that way then a Forum Moderator may step in and stop the dispute.
You could also have your Moderation Powers if you take things too far.

Vince’s Playground Rules:

Vince’s Playground is a separate community which is attached to Chibigami.forumotion . Neko Vince is the Administrator of this section and has complete power of this Forum – you are to complain to him of any disputes in this section.
Vince’s Playground is much like that of the Sandbox. You may go wild there, though; it is specifically designed for the younger community while the Sandbox is for the older. Like in the Sandbox we will be lenient with the rules, not as much though.
